What we are really doing is using the opportunity presented by the demand for flexibility to co-create a future of work that ideally means people and organizations thrive.

In 2020, I took an 18 month sabbatical and realized that the advocacy work I’d done for hybrid/remote for the previous decade was easily the most meaningful work I’d done in my entire career. I decided to build a boutique consultancy to help organizations build and implement custom strategies for hybrid/remote work.

Hybrid/remote is just the start of a business transformation.
